As I reflect on the start of this new year, I’m reminded of the power of letting go—releasing the weight of the past to create space for clarity, calm, and growth. One of the tools that has profoundly helped me on this journey is the Personal Peace Procedure through EFT Tapping.
Every time I use this process, it’s like peeling away the emotional layers tied to old memories or unresolved events. By acknowledging and tapping through these emotions, I find myself lighter, clearer, and more open to the possibilities ahead. It’s a reminder that peace isn’t something we find—it’s something we create, one step at a time.
How You Can Start:
Write down specific events or memories that still bother you.
Rate their intensity on a scale of 0-10.
Tap through the emotions, gently releasing their hold on you.
Celebrate the sense of calm and freedom that grows with each step.
Want to go deeper?
I’m hosting an EFT Workshop this month to guide you through the Personal Peace Procedure step-by-step. Together, we’ll tap into what’s holding you back and create the inner peace you deserve in 2025.
Let’s make this a year of emotional freedom and joy.
Save your spot for Sunday 1/12/25 @ 4 pm click RSVP and I will send you the Zoom Link. This is your year to release, realign, and thrive. All events posted will always fall on a Sunday @ 4 pm and are limited to 6-8 participants.

I am an educator, psychotherapist, mixed media collage artist, and the author of My Daughter’s Eyes and Other Stories. As a facilitator for SoulCollage® and Amherst Writers & Artists (AWA), I integrate energy healing, dreamwork, and writing to foster growth and connection. My work with individuals and groups focuses on empowering people to embrace their unique stories and tap into the healing power of creativity and self-expression.
My journey with EFT began after the passing of my late husband, as a way to process my grief. EFT became a source of comfort and healing during that challenging time. While I initially chose to train in EMDR for several years, I eventually found my way back to EFT. Under the mentorship of two incredible teachers at EFT International, I deepened my understanding and practice of this transformative technique.
EFT has not only helped me personally but has also inspired me professionally. I plan to continue studying EFT and teaching it to my clients. One of the most powerful tools I’ve discovered is the Personal Peace Procedure. This practice has not only supported my emotional well-being but has also enhanced my creative writing.
In a future post, I’ll share how writing and the Personal Peace Procedure intertwine in my life, offering healing and inspiration in unexpected ways. Stay tuned!
