Dream Cirle
Join us for a Dream Tending Circle, a space designed for participants to explore and deepen their relationship with dreams through a collaborative and creative approach Drawing inspiration from Dr. Stephen Aizenstat's work, we view dreams as living entities filled with emotional and symbolic significance. In a supportive group environment, participants will share their dreams, engage in guided reflections, and delve into dream imagery, promoting personal insight, connection, and transformation. The circle meets on Sundays: 1/26, 2/23, 3/30, 4/25, and 5/25 at 4 pm.

Healing Narratives
This is a nurturing space where stories and self-reflection meet to inspire personal growth and resilience. Whether reading transformative books, practicing self-care rituals, or engaging in healing journaling, this circle provides tools to reconnect with your inner self, process emotions, and cultivate well-being. Join us to explore the power of narratives in fostering healing and creating meaningful change in your life. Monthly meetings on 1/12, 2/9, 3/9, 4/13, and 5/11. Interested in joining? AWA Writing Circle
Amherst Writers & Artists (AWA), founded by Pat Schneider, is a writing facilitation method that believes everyone is a writer deserving of a safe, supportive. It encourages creativity and confidence through timed writing exercises, positive feedback, and respect for individual voices.
